I’ll find you in the stars

A linocut print of my original design “I’ll find you in the stars.”

This piece is one that is very close to my heart. I have found that in my grief of losing Vena, I look to find her in the stars. I have found that it gives me a great sense of peace and stillness to look up at the stars above the ocean and feel her presence with me. I think a lot of us, who have lost our companions, search for them in every day life, perhaps in signs, senses and places we visit, just to feel that closeness with them once again. Sometimes, it feels as though they are watching and waiting to be reunited with us over the rainbow.
